When

Decisions and recognition

Recipients are informed together with the acceptance notifications on January 7, 2027, and are recognized at the conference dinner during the meeting.

The number of awards is confirmed later. It depends on the budget once the volume of submissions and likely attendance are known. RC28 awards are normally capped and may be held only once in a four-year period.
